This checklist solves over 90% of all issues with Julekula:

1. Have you charged it?
   The Sphere needs to be charged before use. Give it at least 30 minutes on the charger. See here if you're having charging issues.

2. Test-blow straight down into the metal cap.
   Blow firmly straight down for two seconds. The sensor is located at the top, and this helps confirm if it responds.

3. Are you blowing hard enough?
   Don’t blow like you’re cooling hot cocoa—blow like you're putting out a torch.

4. Check the aluminum cap.
   Some caps sit a bit too tight, preventing air from entering through the small side holes. If you gently open the “wings” on the side of the cap (1 mm is enough), air can get in and trigger the magical blow-switch.
