1. Have you charged the Christmas ball? The ball needs to be charged before use. Plug it into the charger for about half an hour before use. Check here if you are having charging issues.

2. Blow forcefully straight down into the metal cap for two seconds, just as a test. The sensor is located inside the top. This way, you can check if it responds.

3. Are you blowing hard enough? The ball isn’t like hot cocoa you’re trying to cool down, it’s more like a torch you’re trying to extinguish.

4. Some of the aluminum caps are fitted a little too tightly, preventing air from passing through the side holes. If you slightly open the "wings" on the sides of the cap (1 mm is enough), the air should be able to flow in and trigger the magical blow sensor.
